Cab driver pistol-whipped in Philadelphia carjacking caught on dashcam

Dashcam video captured the moment a carjacking suspect pistol-whipped a private cab company driver in Philadelphia's Holmesburg neighborhood. The suspect drove off in the car and later abandoned it, police say.
