Man kicked out of Philadelphia bar fires 15 shots at building, killing woman inside, police say

Police say a man who was kicked out of a bar in Northeast Philadelphia used a semi-automatic weapon and fired 15 shots at the building, fatally shooting a 21-year-old woman in the head as she sat in the bar with a friend.
