DA: Man charged for threatening to inject women with AIDS, heroin during carjackings in Bucks County

The Bucks County District Attorney has charged a man who is accused of using a syringe during two carjackings and threatening to inject one woman with AIDS and another woman with heroin before stealing their cars.
