Judge rules Delaware County Memorial Hospital will temporarily remain open

Prospect Medical Holdings, the building's current owners, had planned to turn the hospital into an in-patient psychiatric facility. A Pennsylvania judge on Tuesday ruled that Delaware County Memorial Hospital will temporarily remain open.
