Local heart survivor walking Philadelphia Heart Walk at Citizens Bank Park

Hope Nagy, a longtime spin instructor, had to undergo open heart surgery after discovering she had a heart condition. She is now walking in the Philadelphia Heart Walk to let others know they are not alone.
