Man accused of attempted sexual assaults seen in surveillance video chasing women down street

Police in Philadelphia are searching for a man accused of several attempted sexual assaults, including two that happened on the same night. The department shared video on Friday that shows the man dressed in dark clothes with a hood chasing women down the street. One of the victims is knocked to the ground from behind and manages to fight off the unknown attacker.
