Whiz kid: Pennsylvania 9-year-old already taking college course

David Balogun, a 9-year-old boy from Bensalem, is one of the youngest people to graduate high school and has already started taking college courses. A member of MENSA, David has rose from third grade to 12th grade in less than three year.
