Officer shot during traffic stop in West Philadelphia, police say
A 32-year-old police officer was shot twice during a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon, police said. The officer, a 5 year veteran of the police force, was drive by his partner to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where he was placed in critical condition.
