Security guard shot at after group enters Dilworth Plaza after hours, police say

A man accused of firing two shots towards a security guard during a confrontation at Philadelphia's Dilworth Plaza is being sought by police. He is described by police as a Black man in his mid-20s with a black beard and distinctive pants.
