Clean-up begins following deadly Pennsylvania chocolate factory explosion
Officials announced Monday that the recovery effort has ended and all missing persons have been accounted for following a deadly explosion at a historic Reading chocolate factory. Seven people died in the blast and several people were injured. Investigators are still working to determine what ignited the explosion.
