Wildfire that torched over 400 acres of New Jersey Pinelands is contained, officials say

A wind-whipped forest fire in the southern New Jersey Pinelands that threatened 16 homes Tuesday was fully contained by nightfall, and firefighters said they believed the homes were no longer in jeopardy.
