Teen chased and killed becomes 17th Philly school student killed since last August

A 15-year-old student is dead after police say he was chased down a Philadelphia street and fatally shot. The School District of Philadelphia said the teen, a student at Kensington High School, was the 17th Philadelphia school student killed since last August.
