Philadelphia water officials say tap water is safe to drink and use through Wednesday night after a chemical spill exposed the Delaware River to contamination. Although officials reiterated the water is safe, residents spent days panic-buying bottled water. Dr. Charles Haas of Drexel University joins "Good Day Philadelphia" to answer questions about the quality of the tap water.
