Local boutique shop holds party for Taylor Swift fans who couldn't get tickets to Philly shows

Taylor Swift will play three shows in Philadelphia this weekend, but not everyone was lucky enough to get their hands on tickets. A local boutique shop in Downingtown hosted a part for 'Swifties' of all ages to dance, sing and celebrate their favorite artist.
