'Thin Blue Line' tattoo event benefits family of Officer Bobby Shisler

The Convent Tattoo Shop in Deptford, New Jersey, is holding a tattoo event Monday in honor of Officer Bobby Shisler, with all proceeds going to the fallen officer's family.
