Shooting on SEPTA platform in Center City leaves 19-year-old injured, police say

Police say a 19-year-old man was critically injured when he was shot during an argument on a SEPTA platform late Monday night. Law enforcement sources say this is the second time the victim was shot on the same SEPTA platform.
