Vigil held for slain Philadelphia 12-year-old found inside trash can

Philadelphia police are investigating the murder of a young boy after his body was found in a trashcan last week. The victim, identified by police as 12-year-old Hezekiah Bernard, suffered a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
