All charges dismissed against suspended officer in Eddie Irizarry shooting death

A judge dismissed all chargers against Mark Dial Tuesday. Dial, a suspended Philadelphia police officer, had previously been charged with murder in a traffic stop shooting that claimed the life of Eddie Irizarry.
