Philadelphia officials cracking down on retail theft with new task force

DA Larry Krasner launched the office's first 'Organized Retail and House Theft Task Force' during a press conference Monday morning created to focus on the resale of stolen items, repeat offenders and underlying issues contributing to the crime such as addiction.
