Large crowds of chaos near Temple University raising many concerns

Mel Wells, President and CEO of youth advocacy group "One Day at a Time" is speaking out after large groups of kids have been gathering at the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and North Broad Street creating chaos that have led to gun violence.
