Suspect identified in West Philadelphia Eid shooting that injured 3

A 21-year-old suspect arrested by police in connection to a shooting at a end of Ramadan celebration in West Philadelphia has been identified. Police say Kahbir Oglesby-Hicks has been charged with weapons offenses and evading arrest.
