15-year-old boy stabbed on Ocean City boardwalk over Memorial Day weekend

A night on the Ocean City boardwalk took a violent turn after police say a 15-year-old boy was stabbed, but had non-life threatening injuries as the mayor calls out large, problematic crowds of teens.
