Floating observation deck over Schuylkill River to open in 2026
A 75-foot wide observation deck floating over the Schuylkill River is set to open in 2026. The project -- a collaboration between Mural Arts and Bartrum's Garden -- will be completely free and will feature a kayak launch, fishing spot, art gallery and educational space.
