Bucks County shelters seek more volunteers to help the vulnerable

With the approach of winter and a biting chill in the air, shelters all across the region are helping vulnerable populations stay safe and warm all winter long. But, in Bucks County, a lack of enough volunteers is making it difficult to keep shelter doors open.
