Family pushes 'Abby's Law' to regulate e-scooter use in PA amid recent tragedies

A family is helping to introduce 'Abby's Law' to lawmakers in Harrisburg after 12-year-old Abigail Gillon was killed and three other teens were injured in electric scooter accidents in Delaware County this summer.
