Rapper Skrilla arrested during music video shoot in Philadelphia

Jemille Edwards, better known as the rapper "Skrilla," was arrested on Saturday night in Kensington, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Police say his arrest came after an officer was shot with Orbeez.
