2 Pennsylvania State Troopers shot responding to retail theft

A Pennsylvania State Trooper is in critical condition and another is recovering after they were both shot while responding to a theft at a Dick's Sporting Goods in Franklin County on Wednesday night. The suspected gunman, who investigators believe was among a group of co-conspirators, was killed when police returned fire during a pursuit.
