Inside SEPTA's inspection of Silverliner IV rail cars

SEPTA is working to inspect their Silverliner IV rail cars, following an emergency order from the Federal Railroad Administration to address fire risks. On Thursday, they gave FOX 29 an inside look at the process at the Overbrook Maintenance Yard, one of SEPTA?s four yards where the work is on-going.
