Kada Scott: DA announces new charges against Keon King

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner provided an update on the prosecution of Keon King, who has been charged with kidnapping in Kada Scott's disappearance. New charges have been filed, including arson and car theft, days after Kada's body was found behind a vacant Philadelphia middle school.
