Friends remember local man who died from heroin overdose

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf is urging state lawmakers to take action to stop the heroin and opioid epidemic in the keystone state. One of the most recent victims of that epidemic is a man with a quite a large following on social media here in Philadelphia.
