DA Williams pleads not guilty to 23 federal charges, to be released on $50k bond

Philadelphia's District Attorney Seth Williams was arraigned in federal court and pleaded not guilty to 23 bribery and extortion charges. He'll be released on $50,000 bond. Williams surrendered his passport and will be allowed to travel only in eastern Pennsylvania unless he gets permission to go elsewhere. No trial date has been set.
