Video shows teen throwing whiskey bottle at van, hitting 10-year-old boy

Police are searching for a teen that injured a 10-year-old in North Philadelphia. Police say the teen picked up a whiskey bottle tossed it at a van and hit a 10-year-old kid in the head.
