Police: Man shot in possible road rage incident in New Castle

State police say it was just after 2 p.m. Monday afternoon when the drivers of a Dodge Durango and a transport bus from St. Francis Life Center, pulled off I-95 and an altercation started. Within seconds, the Durango driver sprayed pepper spray on the bus driver, according to police.
