Remnants of Hurricane Florence moving north

We already have a Flood Watch in effect in Lancaster County for Monday night into Tuesday morning. Closer to Philadelphia, we could get a few showers today and tonight, then some pop-up showers and thunderstorms tomorrow, FOX 29's Sue Serio says.
