Tornado Watch continues for parts of Pa., N.J., Del

FOX 29 Meteorologist Scott Williams says the National Weather Service allowed a Tornado Warning for Bucks and Hunterdon counties to expire at 4:15 p.m., but much of our area remains under a Tornado Watch.
