Counties in southeastern Pa. 'frustrated' by lack of transparency over vaccine distribution

There's frustration in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. They say their Sunday afternoon meeting with the Pennsylvania Department of Health over the distribution of COVID-19 vaccine was disappointing.
