Investigation underway after video allegedly shows SEPTA guard assault rider
FOX 29's Marcus Espinoza has more on an investigation into a security video that allegedly shows a contracted SEPTA guard strike a rider with a blunt object. Police say the victim may have tried to steal the guard's backpack leading to the assault. The transit police union is calling on SEPTA leaders to end the security guard program.
