‘Truly unprecedented’: Crews rescue hundreds from historic flooding in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Fire Commissioner Adam Thiel said crews have already conducted hundreds of water rescues to help people trapped inside their homes by rising floodwaters from the Schuylkill River.
