New resource center opens in West Philadelphia as city's homicide rate continues to climb
The collaboration brings several organizations together that provide prevention services and ones for victims and co-victims of gun violence. DA Larry Krasner believes the new group, which includes the Beloved Care Project, the DA’s office CARES unit, and the Penn Injury Science Center will help in bigger ways especially prevention.
