Also, Philadelphia police are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction after a 28-year-old pizza delivery driver was shot and killed in Strawberry Mansion. Investigators say the driver had dropped off an order at a vacant apartment before he was found shot in a courtyard.
