4 shot in West Philadelphia mass shooting

Four people were shot and taken to the hospital after gunfire broke out on the 1200 block of North 42nd Street in West Philadelphia just after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, according to Philadelphia police. Officers say all four victims are in stable condition at Presbyterian Hospital.
