Search continues for driver in deadly Southwest Philly hit-and-run

Philadelphia City Council President Kenyatta Johnson canvassed a Southwest Philadelphia neighborhood seeking information on a deadly hit-and-run that killed 29-year-old Talyia Nesmith.
