Pennypack Park cleanup: 170 tons of trash cleared from illegal dumping site in Northeast Philly

City departments, businesses, and nonprofits have removed about 170 tons of trash from an illegal dumping site at Pennypack Park in Northeast Philadelphia and are planning measures to prevent future dumping.
