Severe storms with damaging winds possible Monday afternoon and evening

Meteorologists warn that a line of strong storms moving east from the Midwest could bring scattered showers in the morning followed by potentially severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon into the evening. While the tornado threat is low in the Delaware Valley, damaging wind gusts up to 40 mph could bring down tree limbs and cause isolated power outages.
