Closing arguments start in AC Mayor Marty Small child abuse case

Closing arguments will be delivered Tuesday in an ongoing child abuse case against Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small. Small and his wife are accused of physically and verbally abusing their teenaged daughter. The couple has vehemently denied the claims.
