Philadelphia weather: Spring heat wave peaks on Tuesday with temps in the upper 90s
A unseasonably hot stretch will reach its peak on Tuesday, with temperatures expected to hit the mid-90s with lots of sunshine. Temperatures will stay warm on Wednesday before crashing into the 60s for the back half of the week.
