Block-long vandalism leaves residents frustrated

Police are searching for vandals who smashed the windows of 16 cars along the 4800 block of North 12th Street in the Logan section at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to investigators. Authorities say nothing was stolen from the vehicles and the motive remains unclear.
