Philadelphia Fugitive added to FBI's Ten Most Wanted list

Trung Duc Lu has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List for his alleged involvement in a 2014 torture, kidnapping, and murder case in Philadelphia, with a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to his arrest.
