Woman in critical condition after Broad Street hit-and-run; police seek driver

A 33-year-old woman is in critical condition after being hit by a car Wednesday night on Broad Street, according to Philadelphia Police. Investigators say the driver stopped briefly before leaving the scene and has not yet come forward.
