Man connected to Philadelphia murders added to FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List

Trung Duc Lu, a man connected to a 2014 double murder and kidnapping in Philadelphia, has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List. The FBI is offering up to $1 million for tips leading directly to Lu’s arrest, and he is believed to be in Vietnam.
